• Drug and alcohol testing records and Clearinghouse compliance
• Vehicle inspection, repair and maintenance records
• Accident-register records
• Insurance and operating authority where applicable

Useful findings identify what was reviewed, the applicable requirement, what needs correcting and who is responsible for fixing it. The scope should also say how many driver, vehicle and HOS records were sampled.

Questions for a Laredo provider
