We collect account and company-profile details, help requests, lead purchases, billing references, messages, security logs, and website usage information. Lead contact details are encrypted in the website database. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this website.
How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, publish company profiles, review and distribute help requests, process payments, prevent abuse, support users, keep business records, and improve the service. A carrier’s lead contact details are revealed only to providers that purchase that lead, with no more than three buyers.
International processing
The website is hosted in Canada behind Cloudflare. The operating company is in the United Kingdom and serves users in the United States. Suppliers may process information in other countries under their own security and transfer safeguards.
Legal grounds and retention
Depending on the activity, processing is based on contract, consent, legitimate business interests, legal obligations, or the establishment and defense of legal claims. Account, transaction, suppression, security, and tax records are retained only as long as required for those purposes.
