New England Center for Psychotherapy

We provide outpatient psychotherapy, DOT SAP evaluations and SAP return-to-duty evaluations from our practice in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

Our therapy services support individuals, couples and families. We work with people experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, mood disorders and PTSD. Todd Cassidy also works with individuals experiencing substance use concerns.

Meet our clinicians

Todd Cassidy, LICSW, has provided psychotherapy since 2011. His work includes PTSD, mood disorders, substance use concerns and anxiety. His training includes EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Kevin Hathaway, CAGS, LMHC, provides counseling for individuals and families. His training includes EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy. Both clinicians are licensed in Rhode Island.

Appointments and office location

In-person therapy appointments take place at 750 East Avenue, Suite 10, Pawtucket, RI 02860. Virtual therapy appointments may also be available, depending on the clinician and treatment needs. Our office has on-site parking and accessible parking and building access.

We provide therapy for adolescents, adults and older adults, with LGBTQIA+ affirming care. Treatment is tailored to each person's needs and may include CBT, EMDR, trauma-informed therapy and mindfulness-based techniques.
