Middle Georgia Diagnostic Lab (MGDL) is a professional medical testing and compliance services provider based in Warner Robins, Georgia, serving businesses, organizations, government agencies, and individuals throughout Middle Georgia and nationwide.

As a registered DOT Consortium/Third-Party Administrator (C/TPA), MGDL supports employers with DOT-compliant testing programs, random testing administration, collection coordination, and compliance support in accordance with applicable 49 CFR Part 40 requirements. Through our nationwide collector network, we can also coordinate testing for employers with employees in multiple locations.
