I’m Larry Snellings, and I help businesses work through the details of shipping hazardous materials, including hazard identification, packaging selection, shipping paperwork and training for employees who handle regulated shipments. I bring 41 years of transportation consulting experience to INC., our family-owned Houston business established in 1980.

My work focuses on hazardous materials transportation under 49 CFR Parts 100 through 185, with consulting on DOT and applicable international dangerous goods requirements for highway, air and ocean shipments.

I provide DOT hazmat training tailored to the materials, employees and shipping operations involved. On-site sessions can cover classification, packaging, marking, labeling, segregation and shipping documentation. Training support includes manuals, testing and documentation. Training at locations outside Houston can be arranged directly with me.
