Terms of Service

Terms for DOT Compliance Companies provider memberships, carrier requests, provider credits, billing, refunds, independent providers and site use.

Last updated: September 23, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to dotcompliancecompanies.com, provider profiles, carrier profiles, carrier support forms, broker-related services, provider memberships, paid profile claims, provider credit purchases, account tools, downloadable resources and related services provided by DOT Compliance Companies. DOT Compliance Companies is operated by BOX4 DIGITAL GROUP LTD, company number 17253991. Public U.S. mailing address: 11816 Inwood Rd #1127, Dallas, TX 75244. Email: [email protected]. Phone: +1 469 646 0743.

1. What DOT Compliance Companies is

DOT Compliance Companies publishes DOT compliance provider profiles, service categories, resources and tools for motor carriers, fleet managers and DOT compliance providers. Carriers can use the site to research compliance topics and contact providers. Providers can create or claim profiles, show service categories and coverage states, use account tools, and manage eligible membership features.

We are not FMCSA, a state agency, a regulator, a law firm, an insurance broker, a drug testing laboratory, a medical examiner, or the provider of any compliance service offered by a third-party provider. Site content is general information only. It is not legal, regulatory, tax, insurance, medical, safety or professional advice.

2. U.S. business use and user responsibility

The site is intended for U.S.-based carrier and provider use. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account, purchase a membership or use provider tools. You are responsible for checking whether any provider, service, filing, program, advice, document or compliance action is suitable for your operation.

3. Independent providers

Providers shown on the site are independent businesses or professionals. They are responsible for their own licenses, registrations, credentials, insurance, staff, pricing, contracts, service delivery, advice, refunds, and compliance with applicable federal and state rules.

Any contract for compliance work is between the carrier and the provider. We are not a party to that provider service contract unless we expressly agree in writing. We do not control provider prices, provider service terms, advice, turnaround times, filings, refunds, audits, test results, insurance decisions, legal outcomes, or regulatory outcomes.

4. Accounts and profile information

You must provide accurate account, business, contact, billing, service and coverage information. You are responsible for your login details and for activity under your account. We may review, edit, reject, pause, suspend, or remove profiles, services, photos, claims, reviews, messages or other content if we believe it is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, spammy, abusive, out of scope, or harmful to users or the site.

A Verified or Premium badge describes the account’s platform membership level and any eligibility criteria stated for that level. It is not a government approval, insurance approval, legal endorsement or guarantee that a provider will achieve a particular result.

Carrier profiles may be created from public FMCSA business records and may include USDOT or MC identifiers, legal name, location, fleet information and insurance details where available, together with owner-supplied updates. These profiles are informational snapshots and may become out of date. A profile is not proof of current operating authority, insurance, safety status or regulatory standing. Brokers and other users making qualification decisions should verify current information through current official FMCSA sources.

Requests to correct or remove a carrier profile can be sent to support without payment or a paid claim. Where a paid carrier claim is offered, the listing remains Unclaimed until Stripe confirms payment; creating an account, registering or starting checkout does not activate the claim. For recurring annual paid claims, checkout shows the applicable introductory price where eligible, the renewal price and the billing interval.

5. Provider memberships and recurring billing

Provider memberships may include Free, Verified and Premium tiers. Membership controls profile features, badges, state coverage, profile placement and eligibility for member-only tools. Membership does not guarantee carrier requests, leads, appointments, carrier responses, revenue, search ranking, service outcomes, compliance outcomes or regulatory results.

Current membership pricing is shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Verified membership is currently $29.99 per month or $329.89 per year. Premium membership is currently $99 per month or $990 per year. Compared with 12 monthly payments, annual Verified membership saves one month and annual Premium membership saves two months.

Paid memberships renew automatically on the billing interval selected at checkout unless canceled. By purchasing a paid membership, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method for the selected plan, plus any applicable taxes or processor charges shown at checkout. You may cancel future renewals through your dashboard where available or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Paid features normally remain available until the end of the current paid period.

6. Provider credit blocks and carrier requests

Verified and Premium providers may purchase provider credit blocks for use inside eligible member tools. Current credit blocks are $50, $150, $300, $1,000 and $5,000. One provider credit equals one U.S. dollar of provider credit. Free members must upgrade before purchasing or using provider credits.

Provider credits are account credits, not cash. They are not a stored-value bank account, do not earn interest, are not transferable unless we agree in writing, and cannot be withdrawn as money. Provider credits do not expire while your account remains open and in good standing, but they may be suspended, removed or refused if we reasonably believe the account is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, chargeback-related or in material breach of these Terms.

Buying a membership or provider credit block does not guarantee that suitable carrier requests or leads will be available, that any carrier will respond, that a carrier will appoint you, that a carrier will pay you, that revenue will be generated, or that any service outcome will occur. Any request information shown in the dashboard is based on information submitted by the requester and may be incomplete, inaccurate, withdrawn or changed.

7. Priority Matching Service

Carriers may be offered an optional Priority Matching Service for a one-time $59.99 fee. This is a priority review fee for a carrier support request submitted through the site. It does not buy a third-party provider service, does not pay a provider’s fees, and does not guarantee a provider response, quote, availability, appointment, compliance result, regulatory result, refund from a provider, or service outcome.

8. Payments, chargebacks and billing errors

Payments are currently processed by Stripe. You must provide accurate billing information and must be authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment processors may apply their own terms, fraud checks, dispute process, card-network rules and privacy policies. We do not store full payment card numbers.

If a payment fails, is disputed, is reversed, or is suspected to be unauthorized, we may pause paid features, profile enhancements, provider credits, downloads or account tools while the issue is reviewed. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.

9. Refunds

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Provider credit purchases are generally non-refundable once purchased or credited to an account. Used credits are not refundable because a carrier does not respond, chooses another provider, changes scope, pauses the work, gives incomplete information, is not prepared to buy, or does not become your customer.

We may refund or re-credit where required by law or where we confirm a duplicate charge, incorrect charge, failed credit delivery, unauthorized charge, technical site error, or clearly invalid carrier request caused by our system. More detail is provided in the Provider Credit and Refund Policy.

10. Provider services, disputes and liability

We are not liable for refunds, chargebacks, service failures, advice, omissions, losses, penalties, fines, audit outcomes, missed deadlines, regulatory issues, claims or disputes arising from services provided by an independent provider to a carrier, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and account tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We exclude implied warranties where legally permitted. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Reviews, testimonials and profile content

You must not submit fake reviews, paid reviews that are not properly disclosed, reviews from people who did not have a real experience, misleading testimonials, or content that impersonates another person or business. We may moderate, remove or refuse review/profile content that appears deceptive, abusive, irrelevant, unlawful, conflicted, incentivized without disclosure, or otherwise unsuitable.

12. Acceptable use

You must not use the site to submit false requests, scrape data, copy profiles at scale, send spam, impersonate another business, misrepresent credentials, upload unlawful content, interfere with site security, reverse engineer non-public systems, or use site information for harassment, fraud, unlawful solicitation, deceptive marketing or unsafe compliance activity.

13. Email and service communications

We may send transactional and service emails about accounts, forms, memberships, billing, security, support, carrier requests, provider tools, downloads and site changes. Marketing emails must include legally required sender information and unsubscribe controls where required. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails, but service emails may still be required to operate your account or respond to your request.

14. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, pause, or remove features, tools, profiles, pricing, categories, coverage areas or policies where needed for security, compliance, commercial, technical, legal or product reasons. Updated terms apply from the date posted unless a different effective date is stated.

15. Governing law and disputes

For U.S.-based use of the site, these Terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Texas where permitted, without excluding mandatory rights that apply in another jurisdiction. Because the operator is a United Kingdom company, some corporate, tax, data-transfer or mandatory legal obligations may also be governed by applicable United Kingdom law. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts or procedures with lawful jurisdiction will apply.
