This page is for US DOT compliance providers, C-TPAs, filing services, audit consultants and safety-support companies that want to appear in the directory and respond to carrier enquiries. Carriers use the site to search provider profiles or submit one compliance request. Providers use their dashboard to state where they work, which services they offer, and whether a lead is worth buying with prepaid credits.
1. Create or claim the company profile
A provider can register a new profile or claim a seeded listing. The profile records the company name, contact details, states served, services offered, fleet types supported, accreditations, response times and compliance credentials.
2. Choose Free or Premium profile visibility
Free is enough to hold a basic listing and buy lead credits. Premium is the full public profile: logo, richer company information, badge, reviews and stronger directory placement. Premium costs $99 per year.
3. Buy lead credits only when needed
Lead credits are separate from membership. When a carrier asks for help, providers see a redacted preview matched by state, service and fleet size. If it is relevant, the provider spends credits to reveal the contact details. A lead can be sold to no more than three providers.

Do providers have to pay before buying leads?
No. A free provider profile can buy lead credits. Premium is for profile visibility, not lead access.
Are lead credits included in Premium?
No. Lead credits are separate so the membership stays simple and every provider sees the same lead prices.
How many providers can buy one lead?
Each carrier request can be bought by a maximum of three providers.
Are payments live?
Stripe sandbox mode is used while testing. Live USD payments are switched on only when the build is ready.
