DOT Compliance Companies is operated by BOX4 DIGITAL GROUP LTD, registered in England and Wales. These terms are between the user and that company.
Directory role
The website is an independent directory and lead marketplace. It is not FMCSA, the U.S. Department of Transportation, a regulator, a law firm, an insurer, or a party to the contract between a carrier and provider. Verification is a limited business-identity and relevance check, not government approval or a guarantee.
Provider accounts
Providers must supply accurate business details, protect login credentials, maintain profile information, and use carrier information only to respond to the purchased request. Contact details may not be resold, published, or used for unrelated marketing.
Membership and credits
The Free plan includes a basic profile and eligibility to buy leads after verification. Premium is $39 per month in U.S. dollars and renews until canceled. Credits are prepaid, do not expire, have no cash value, and are subject to the Credit Policy.
Lead marketplace
A lead can be purchased by no more than three verified providers. Purchase does not guarantee a response, appointment, sale, regulatory result, or exclusivity. Providers must make their own decision about fit using the redacted information.
Carrier requests
Carriers must give accurate contact and request information and must not submit confidential credentials or highly sensitive driver, medical, testing, tax, or payment records. By submitting a request, the carrier authorizes disclosure to no more than three matched providers.
Prohibited use
Users may not scrape private marketplace data, bypass access controls, impersonate a business, upload malicious material, harass carriers, misuse contact details, or interfere with the website.
Suspension
We may hold, suspend, or close accounts and listings for fraud, abuse, false information, legal risk, payment failure, or repeated breach of these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided without a promise that a provider, lead, filing, authority, audit, rating, or business result will meet a user’s expectations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer or local law that applies.
